Q01 No function or display?
Answer: Vehicle′s ignition is off.
If connected according to the instructions,
the unit will not operate with the vehicle′s ignition off.
Improper power lead connections.
Check power lead connections.
Blown fuse.
Check the fuse on the battery lead of the unit; replace
with the proper value if necessary.
Internal micro-computer malfunctioned due to interference noise, etc.
Press the RESET switch with a ballpoint pen or other pointed article.
Blackout mode is activated.
Cancel Blackout mode.
Q02 No/low audio output?
Answer:
Improper audio output connection
Check wiring and correct
Volume set too low
Increase volume level
Improper "MUTE" connection
Q03 Screen not displayed?
Answer: Brightness control is set at the minimum position.
Adjust the Brightness control.
Temperature in the vehicle is too low.
Increase the vehicle′s interior temperature to operation temperature range.
Connections to the DVD, CD player, navigation system are not securely made.
Check the connections and firmly connect.
Q04 Movement of displayed picture is abnormal?
Answer: Temperature in the vehicle is too high.
Allow the vehicle interior temperature to cool.
Q05 Unclear or noisy display?
Answer: Fluorescent plate is worn out.
Replace the fluorescent plate.
Q06 Navigation system inoperative?
Answer: Connections to the navigation system are incorrect.
Check the connections with the navigation system and connect
the cables correctly and firmly.
Q07 Unclear picture display?
Answer: Fluorescent tube is exhausted.
Replace the fluorescent tube.
The fluorescent tube replacement is not free of charge even within the
warranty period, for the tube is an article of consumption.
Q08 Remote control does not function?
Answer: Replace the old battery with a new battery.
Battery has been connected improperly, so reconnect the battery in it proper position.
Q09 Poor sound quality or distortion ?
Answer: Bad pirated disc is being used, so please use an original disc.
Speakers power rating is not compatible with the unit, so please connect this unit to a speakers with
proper power rating.
Check the speaker for any damages on the cone.
Q10 Tel-Mute malfunction?
Answer: Make sure that the mute wire (brown) is not being grounded, but instead tape it up
tightly and leave unconnected.
Q11 Unit reset by itself when the engine is off?
Answer: Improper connection of the constant +12 volt wire (yellow) to the power source.
